Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery time

Most of our products ship from our international warehouse and arrive within 8–15 business days after shipping. Select popular items are stocked in our US warehouse and arrive within 2–7 business days. If your order includes items from both warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking and delays

Tracking can take a few days to update after shipping. Carrier delays, holidays, and weather can occasionally extend delivery times. If your order hasn't arrived within the times above, contact us and we'll help.
